First Greetings & Blog Guide

{I am deliberately publising this post in a future date to keep it at the top always (actually wrote it on 6 Nov '05).
This is a static post; for regular posts please scroll down.

* I Reckon Life - my main blog! Personal musings; sometimes I dont want to lose a thought and dont want to complete it either. Just want to save them here for my later persuasions.

* An Obiter Dictum - this was my first blog; and this my second. now both are of historical importance only :P

Now with regrds your offer of those DD serials..ashish I dare say I know a blog where ppl are always hunting for old DD serials and such...infact I got most of my links from them...If its not much trouble(I must say it can become one) you can leave a message on the blog and ppl can contact you...But be very sure before putting up the offer...

Ashish2Ricky: thanks. Yes I have many blogs - mostly personal ones - nothing much to showcase unless u wanna dig down deep into my life! Just that I am more comfortable with soft copies, they are preservable, searchable and can be categorised :D Never wrote a diary in my life!

i meant to comment on your intro a lot earlier.. hehe.. actually i loved the refreshing frankness and your in the face attitude... your intro says a lot about the person you are actually.. it says that you couldn't care less about what the world would say about you.. and at the same time you offer your apologies to all those people who might be offended by your frankness.. which is thoughtful and nice... :)

Yups eggjachtly! I am a mix of both - on the surface sounds contradictory. But when I say I dont care abt wat ppl say, in the context that I would live by my own rules... but again that might encroach, by mistake, on someone's (physical, emotional) space - so I apologise for the same :-)

Hey not gaalis !! Totally depends. Used just as exclamations or parts of speech or even as frndly greetings here :)

But I what u write over there hinges largely on "mushiness"..falling in love and to be open to a relationship is almost like that situation you are leaping to where you willingly let self be vulenrable, you enter the other person's space and attempting to empathise, blend self with her..yes, as u said, the comfort zone,though sounds the most ideal scenario, it also witnesses an on-going conflict between "individuality" and "confirmity or affinity"...well that could be the reason for one's search for justification..
Maturity in a relationship happens when one ceases to feel insecure about the other person and there's a mutual respect for one's space n unparalleled sense of humor
man loves woman who has amazing a sense of humor...this is when the man finally opens his eyes n looks at the woman for her grey cells..till then more or less blind with her gaze...but what I want to tell you that the whole process necessarily need not be sequential thing, as things overlap..it all depends on the intensity of reciprocation...umm

Hey Ashish thanks for dropping a comment :-) Well no .. I have not yet bought or restarted bicycling - caught in many chores as for now.

Choices are simple : 1. The Hero Thunder or the trek 3700/4300 or the merida bikes. Also I guess Hypercity in Bombay stocks Raeligh bikes, not sure of their quality or reliability though.

You also have a choice with Firefox Target which is being used by many bikers in Bangalore.

So to summerize
1. Hero Thunder ~5.5K
2. Trek 3700 ~13.5K
3. Trek 4300 ~18K
4. Merida (entry levels ) ~13-18K
5. Firefox Target ~11K

Hope this helps ... Get bicycling man and join the cycling forum (cycling.bikeszone.com) in case you are really interested in this! The guyz there are damm helpful!
